Rachel Rodriguez

Rachel brings 11 years of professional management experience to our team. She attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and earned a B.S. in Recreation Management with emphasis in Business Management and Communications. During college, she interned for Walt Disney World and gained invaluable customer service experience that is known worldwide.

After graduating in 2011, she moved to San Pedro and worked for Target as an Executive Team Lead at 5 locations in South Bay and Orange County. She learned and led in many different roles in Logistics, Salesfloor, Grocery, Guest Experience, and helped to launch the company's largest Ship from Store operation. She hired, trained, and developed teams of all sizes to deliver amazing service and exceed sales goals. In 2018, Rachel was recognized as the District MVP for the North Orange County District for Fourth Quarter Operations.

Rachel was recruited by Public Storage and worked as a District Manager on the Los Angeles/Orange County border for 3 years. During this time, she oversaw 10-12 locations through daily operations, remodels, and quickly implemented changes in response to Covid-19. She was responsible for staffing, ensuring training was completed, scheduling, and ensuring the team provided exceptional customer service by offering storage spaces clean and well maintained facilities. This experience allowed her to gain knowledge about property management and maintenance while auditing properties, receiving requests for work needed from property staff and customers, as well as partnering with vendors from pest control to landscaping to general maintenance and repairs. Rachel was recognized in the Top 25 District Managers of the Year for 2020 for excellence in operations companywide.

After the years spent working for corporations, Rachel decided to join the Wendy Rich-Soto and Associates team to utilize her experience and knowledge to help clients find their dream homes. Rachel grew up around Real Estate as her mother, Wendy has been an agent for over 21 years. With all of her previous experience in customer service, that is both her strength and her 1st priority.

Rachel and her husband Christian bought their home in La Habra in 2018 and love living there with their 2 dogs, Walle and Marty. She loves to be outdoors gardening, playing tennis, biking, and going to Disneyland as often as possible.
