We met Wendy in 2013 and she sold us a condo. It was a wonderful experience. Last year we decided to sell that condo and do a 1031 tax exchange for another property closer to Disneyland where we visit most often. I am in Northern California and was very concerned about having a condo full of furniture and not knowing how to get it ready for sale being so far away. Wendy and her team came in and packed our all of our belongings, put them in a pod and had them shipped to us. She had a house cleaner come in and do a deep clean. Then she expertly staged it and didn’t even charge me for it! The pictures looked amazing and I couldn’t believe it was the same place! She had the place sold in a week and we couldn’t have been happier. She found us another place with air conditioning and a garage 15 minutes from Disneyland. She got our offer accepted, negotiated the terms and got us through the entire process without me ever having to go there in person. She is a true professional and she will always be my Realtor. Wendy helped us tremendously in every possible way with the process of selling our parents home, which they had lived in for over 50 years. The first thing Wendy did was to take the time to personally get to know the folks and their situation, and build up a trust and bonding with them.  She was very patient, knowing’real estate’ was all new to them and that it would take them time to process and understand each and every step. Wendy explained with great patience and detail her suggestions for getting the house ready to put on the market, and listened to all their concerns.  She was never pushy, but definitely was right on with her professional opinion of what needed to be done to upgrade the house enough to get excellent offers and a quick sale!

Wendy went the extra mile at every turn, and personally was there to oversee that everything was done right. Since we live out of state, we totally trusted that Wendy would  take care of every situation that came up without us being there- and she did- from hiring contractors to staging the house.  She was always available by phone or text, and got back to us right away.
