I grew up in the California’s Central Valley. I watched my Mom get started in residential resale Real Estate, move on to selling new homes, and then grow her business in the Los Angeles South Bay. I attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated with a B.S. in Recreation Management with focuses on Business and Communications. During college, I also interned at Walt Disney World. I was able to work as well as take classes that taught me invaluable lessons in customer service. After graduating, I joined my family in San Pedro. I started my career in Retail Management with Target. I worked for Target for 8 years in 5 different stores and lead several different teams, new system roll outs and brought struggling stores up to standards to deliver great shopping experiences for our customers. I learned so much about leading, planning, organizing, and how much details truly matter. I was recruited to Public Storage as a District Manager. In this role, I lead a team of Property Managers at 12-16 properties. Customer Service, Sales, and Safety and Security were the biggest priorities. Not being physically present with all the team was a new challenge but prepared me well to take on changes that happened with the pandemic. This role pushed me to grow in many ways including time management, conflict resolution, property management, and growing vendor partnerships. These skills have served me well as I have. transitioned into my career in Real Estate In 2022, I joined my Mom and Sister, Ashley on the Wendy Rich-Soto & Associates Team. I have had the advantage of starting ahead of new agents by leveraging the experience of our team in every transaction that I am part of. Details, negotiation, creative solutions, and a solid reputation have been critical in my success for our clients. Continuing to learn and keeping up to date on the ever-changing market and contracts is a top priority. In 2018, my husband, Christian and I bought our home in La Habra. We love our community and enjoy taking our dogs, Mac and Marty out to the many parks and trails. We welcomed our son, Theodore in 2024 and are taking full advantage of our proximity to Disneyland. We love the freeway series as I cheer on the Dodgers and embarrass him in front the other Angels fans. I love helping others on their journey to homeownership. Whether you are a first time buyer, or and experienced seller and buyer, I will be there for you every step of the way.
