Wendy Rich-Soto

I began my real estate career in 2001 during what was considered a

“normal market.” Since then, I’ve sold in hot seller’s markets, during the Great

Recession, markets that favored the buyer after the recession and most

recently the crazy market following the shut down because of the COVID

pandemic. Through each cycle of change I have adapted and grown with the

market of the moment to guarantee my client’s success. My team specializes

in residential resale properties, exclusively working in the luxury market on

the Palos Verdes Peninsula & beach cities, fix and flip opportunities, new

home construction, vacant land, condos & townhomes and multi-family

properties helping to build multi-generational wealth. We pride ourselves on

our ability to sell our listings every time. Our focus is in presenting your

property in its best light and pulling out all the stops to make sure that

happens no matter what! Our clients, are always the priority. In the past 25

years, I have sold 1500+ homes! I have sold in Southern California extensively

but began my career in Northern California. I relocated to Los Angeles 17

years ago. I have taken failed listings after other agents couldn't sell the

property and then sold the property for people who lost hope.

I lead a full-service, concierge-style real estate team of mother and

daughters! With in-house marketing, operations, and design services which I

spearhead, our team delivers a seamless, end-to-end experience that includes

professional staging, strategic digital campaigns, and advanced technology

for maximum visibility. This innovative approach positions Wendy Rich-Soto &

Associates as one of the most desirable real estate teams in the area.

With our buyers, we are patient, offer guidance and support necessary for

them to be successful in all types of markets and with all types of properties.

Our philosophy for real estate is predicated on the golden rule, treat others as

you would have them treat you. We believe in giving each client amazing

customer service, respect and having a work ethic that is second to none. We

don't keep banker's hours; we are your real estate partner no matter the hour.

You are the priority! It is critical for us to network with other agents in our field

because that's what helps you to get your offer accepted along with the skills,

we possess to make your offer stand out. Having those relationships helps to

ensure a good transaction and a good experience. Agents want to work with

other agents they know and trust. Reputation is a big deal in the success of our

clients, and we couldn't take that more seriously.

I have managed two Keller Williams offices as their CEO and served on various

boards including the ALC which is essentially the board of directors at Keller

Williams. I have worked with Rainbow Services, Interval House and The Ettie Lee

Foundation to help in the communities in which I serve. My charities of choice

are always ones that benefit abused children and cancer patients including City

of Hope. Our life experiences shape who we are as people and as a cancer

survivor as well as an abuse survivor myself, helping these charities in our

communities is so paramount in creating a place where people can heal and

thrive that it is an honor to give back to them.

I am the mother of three gorgeous and amazing women and the grandmother

of four of the most precious kids in the world! God has blessed me abundantly

and I am so grateful everyday. This career is a deeply satisfying one where I truly

feel like I help others, and I am always just a call or a text away ready to help you

too with all your real estate needs!
